The 5th General Members’ Meeting was successfully held at Taraphendeling Hotel, on 14th March 2026, bringing together members of the hardware sector to discuss current challenges and developments affecting the industry. The meeting was chaired by the President of the Association, alongside the Vice President, who guided the discussions and highlighted the importance of collective engagement in addressing sector-related issues.
The meeting served as an important platform to provide updates on ongoing issues faced by members and to facilitate open discussions on matters impacting the hardware trade. Participants actively engaged in the session by sharing their feedback, concerns, and suggestions, aimed at identifying practical solutions and strengthening the sector.
During the meeting, the Association also highlighted the importance of collective collaboration and communication among members to effectively address industry challenges and advocate for the interests of the hardware community.
The Association expressed its appreciation to all members for their active participation and valuable contributions, which will help guide future initiatives and efforts to support the sustainable growth and development of the hardware sector.
The General Secretary of the Association also highlighted and discussed the upcoming 2nd Edition of the Bhutan Build & Trade Conclave 2026, scheduled to be held from 19th–21st June 2026 in Thimphu, Bhutan. Members were briefed on the objectives of the conclave, which aims to bring together leading companies, manufacturers, and stakeholders from Bhutan and neighboring countries to promote trade collaboration, innovation, and growth within the construction and hardware sectors.
