The Bhutan Hardware Association held a meeting to review key financial and programmatic matters for the upcoming year. The General Secretary presented the financial closing for 2025 and the opening balance for 2026, along with detailed income and expenditure statements to ensure transparency.

Members were informed of the revised membership fee structure for 2026, approved during the Annual General Meeting 2025. The updated fees distinguish between GST-registered and non-GST-registered members. The Secretariat was also directed to complete the necessary GST registration process.

The meeting further discussed the organization of the 2nd Bhutan Build and Trade Conclave 2026, proposed to be held in May 2026 over three days. Preliminary stall rates for participating companies and members were also deliberated.
